Delicious combnation of succulent baby corns with capsicum and spicy schezwan sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby corn-1 cup
  2. Capsicum-1 small
  3. Onion-1 small
  4. Garlic-5 cloves
  5. tomato-1
  6. Schezwan sauce-1 sp
  7. Salt
  8. Oregano-1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli flakes-1/4 tsp
  10. oil-1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables in long strips.
  2. Take oil in a pan.Add finely chopped garlic.
  3. Now add onions.
  4. Then add baby corn and capsicum.
  5. Add salt and mix properly.
  6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes.
  8. After 5 minutes,add schezwan sauce,oregano and chilli flakes.
  9. Mix and cook for a minute and your yummy schezwan baby corn capsicum is ready.
