Ingredients to make Milk cake

  • 1 can condensed milk.
  • 500 gms paneer ( grated ).
  • 2 tbsp milk powder.
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp elaichi powder.

How to make Milk cake

  1. In a bowl add the grated paneer, condensed milk and milk powder.
  2. In a non stick pan transfer the mixture and cook on medium flame till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. In a greased tray transfer the cooked mixture evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the elaichi powder on top.
  5. Allow it to cool on room temperature.
  6. After half hour cut the milk cake as per your desire.

My Tip:

Can garnish with dry fruits like pistachios and melon seeds.
