Beetroot cheese bomb

Ingredients to make Beetroot cheese bomb

  • 500 gram potatoes (5-7 medium sized)
  • 2 medium size beetroot
  • 2 cheese cubes cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 4-5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp green chillies crushed
  • handful corriender leaves
  • 2 tbsp corn flour +2 tbsp more for coating
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Beetroot cheese bomb

  1. Boil , peel and mash potatoes
  2. Grate beetroot and squeeze some extra water
  3. Mix all the ingredients except oil and cheese
  4. Mix well
  5. Take a small portion of this mixture and insert a piece of cheese
  6. Make a ball, and seal, do the same for remaining mixture ,and coat with some corn flour and put into refrigerator for 15 minutes
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry these balls properly on slow flame
  8. Serve hot with any chutney and sauce
