Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 small onion chopped
  2. 8 red ripe hybrid tomato
  3. 200 gm tomato puree
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. 4 garlic cloves crushed
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tbsp oregeno

Instructions

  1. First heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. now add garlic & fry 2 mins.
  3. now add chopped onion and saute for few seconds.
  4. grind tomato.
  5. add tomato & fry.
  6. now add tomato puree.
  7. oregano, salt & sugar.
  8. boil till it get sauce consistency.
  9. sauce is ready.
  10. You can store it 3-4 days in fridge.
