A delightful and lovely recipe to use the boring cauliflower and make something tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. Corn starch - 6 teaspoons
  2. All purpose flour - 4 teaspoons
  3. Cauliflower Boiled pieces - 3 cups
  4. Curry leaves - 20
  5. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
  7. Red food colour - 1 spoon
  8. GREEN chilli chopped - 6 pieces
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - to fry
  11. Onion rings - to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste,Red chilli powder , food colour , all purpose flour, corn starch
  2. Add water mix it like a thick batter, pour this batter on to the cauliflower, coat with the mixture to the cauliflower and deep fry them twice
  3. Green chilly and curry leaves deep fried along with cauliflower, then serve this hot to serve in plate to garnish onion rings.
