Ingredients to make Coconut cookies

  • Egg - 1
  • Butter - 150 gms
  • Sugar - 150 gms
  • Dessicated coconut - 1 cup
  • Flour - 1 cup

How to make Coconut cookies

  1. Beat butter and sugar using an electric beater, add egg and beat well. Add flour and desiccated coconut and knead like a dough.
  2. Cover the cookie dough using a plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven for about 150°C.
  3. Make small balls out of the cookie dough and place these balls a little apart from each other. Bake on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes checking frequently so that cookies don't get burnt. Once baked, cool them and serve.

Ashwini mam 150 degree Celsius means 300 Fahrenheit in convection mode.
