Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jackfruit pieces, cleaned and deseeded - 1 bowl
  2. Onions chopped - 2 big
  3. Green chillies - 5
  4. Garlic cloves - 10
  5. Green chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  7. Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  9. Cornflour - 1/2 cup
  10. Maida - 1 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Steam the chopped jackfruit pieces for 10-15 minutes adding little salt on a low flame. Once done, marinate it with salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add cornflour and maida. Mix well and fry in oil till crisp. Keep it aside.
  3. Take a kadai. Add oil and fry onion, green chillies and garlic for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
  5. Add fried jackfruit pieces and mix.
  6. Serve hot.
