Ingredients to make kadai soyechap masala

  • For Marination
  • red soye chap 1/2 kg
  • Hung curd 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • degi Mirch 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • For gravy
  • onion paste 1 large no
  • tomato paste 4 no
  • onion diced 1 no
  • green capsicum 1 no
  • cream 1/4 cup
  • tomato katchup 1 tablespoon
  • red color few drops (optional)
  • meat masala 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • red degi mirch powder 1 tablespoon
  • kaju paste 7/8 no
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Butter 3 tablespoon
  • 3,4 cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 green cardamom

How to make kadai soyechap masala

  1. marination: In soya chaps do poke holes and add the mixture of salt, chilly powder,curd,ginger garlic paste in it and keep for half an hour
  2. put oil & butter in pan heat it ,put marinated chap to shallow fry to color change
  3. In the same pan ,put onion paste and cook til it come golden color
  4. put dry spices in it , add diced onion , capsicum & tomato paste
  5. add tamato katchup , kaju paste
  6. add little water to make gravy
  7. At last put cream & garnish with coriander
