Chicken Pakora

Ingredients to make Chicken Pakora

  • 500gm boneless chicken pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons corn flour
  • Refined oil

How to make Chicken Pakora

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry the chicken.
  3. Remove when it becomes brown colour.
  4. Serve hot with tea.
