Ingredients to make cake rusk

  • 1cup maida [all purpose flour]
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 100gm butter
  • 1tspoon baking powder
  • tuttifruti [handful]

How to make cake rusk

  1. Whisk the butter and sugar vigorously to make the mix fluffy.
  2. Now add the eggs one by one into the butter mix.
  3. Now sieve in the maida and baking powder into the egg mix, fold in well, then add the tutti fruities and mix well.
  4. Now pour this mixture into a greased cake mould and bake this for 35 minutes at 160 degree celsius, in a preheated oven.
  5. Now cool the cake and cut into desired pieces, and bake them again for 20 minutes, in a preheated oven at 150 degree celsius. cool and serve.
