Idli 65

Ingredients to make Idli 65

  • Steamed idli cut in to pieces and deepfried
  • 2 large onions square cut
  • capsicum square cut 1 medium size
  • salt to taste
  • Suagr 1 tsp
  • Schezwan chilli sauce/hot sauce
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • 2/3 tbsp coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 2/3 cloves of chopped garlic

How to make Idli 65

  1. Cut the idlis in square or into half and deep fry it . .
  2. Keep it on absorbet paper Take a wok add in oil , chopped garlic and saute well till raw smells go away
  3. to it add the capsicum and onion and cook till it's tender .then to it add the sauce s and salt and stir well for 5/- minutes .
  4. Add idli toss well ad serve hot garnished with coriander :)
