Ingredients to make spinach potato curry

  • spinach 4 bunches
  • fenugreel leaves 1 bunch
  • tomatoes 2
  • Potato 1
  • Green chilli 2
  • red chilli powder 3 spoons
  • Jeera 1 spoon
  • oil 4 spoons
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • garlic ginger paste 1 spoon
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Curry leafs

How to make spinach potato curry

  1. First finely chop spinach, fenugreek leafs,potato and wash it in water properly
  2. take a pan , bowl or cooker anything add 4 spoons oil add jeera ,curry leafs, potato,green chilli and garlic ginger paste let it fry prpoerly
  3. Now add tomatoes,turmeric and finely chopped Fenugreek,spinach leafs in it and mix properly
  4. Then add red chilli powder and 1/2 glass water in it so that the curry cooks properly
  5. Lastly add coriander and it ready to serve
