Kanda poha

Ingredients to make Kanda poha

  • Chivda or flattened rice 250 gram
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts
  • 2 teaspoon curry patte
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tomato
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper powder half teaspoon
  • 1/4teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  • 3..4 teaspoon oil

How to make Kanda poha

  1. Fine chopped onions
  2. Cut potato and tomato in small pieces
  3. Soak poha for 2 minutes and keep on a sieve
  4. Now take a pan on flame
  5. Add oil in it
  6. Shallow fry peanuts
  7. Keep aside
  8. Keep aside
  9. Potato shallow fry till they are soft
  10. Now add rai in pan
  11. Add curry patte aur hari mirch
  12. Add onion and saute it
  13. Add tomato and saute it
  14. Add soaked poha
  15. Add potato and peanuts
  16. Add salt ..tandurmeric powder and red pepper powder
  17. Mix well
  18. Add sugar
  19. Turn off the flame
  20. Add lime juice
My Tip: May add boiled peas in it and sev namkeen
