ABOUT Jhatpat Peanuts Salad RECIPE

This is an easy and crunchy salad that can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 medium cups shingdana [peanuts]
  2. Salt
  3. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 medium size cucumber finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp Green chutney( dhaniya and pudina chutney)
  7. 3 tbsp Imli [tamarind] chutney
  8. Chaat masala

Instructions

  1. First wash shingdana [peanuts] 4 to 5 times in cold water and drain the excess water and pour the shingdana in cooker, now add water according to consistency of shingdana and pinch salt..
  2. Close d lid and give 4 to 5 vessel now switch off gas.. When pressure of cooker goes drain the shingdana and wash with water once again and keep in side...
  3. Now take a bowl add all vegetables chopped finely, both the chutneys and add peanuts mix nicely...Serve Chilled and sprinkle Chat Masala..
