Ingredients to make Chicken and spring onion samosa

  • Half kg chicken minced
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1bunch of spring onions choped
  • Fresh grounded black pepper
  • Cumin powded 1 tbsp
  • Pinch of haldi
  • Sambosa leaves
  • Flour paste for sticking

How to make Chicken and spring onion samosa

  1. Boil the mince along with ginger paste and black pepper till done and all the moisture evoparates.
  2. Let it cool .
  3. Now to it add spring onions, corainder leaves ,salt ,cumin powder ,haldi powder and mix well .
  4. Check the salt as er ur taste
  5. Now fill in the sambosa and paste it with the flour paste u have prepared .
  6. Heat the oil and deep fry it
