ABOUT Chicken and spring onion samosa RECIPE

An easy and delicious starter made with very few ingredients, to serve the guests during the tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half kg chicken minced
  2. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1bunch of spring onions chopped
  5. Fresh grounded black pepper
  6. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  7. Pinch of haldi [turmeric powder]
  8. Samosa sheets [available in the supermarkets]
  9. Flour paste for sticking

Instructions

  1. Boil the mince along with ginger paste and black pepper till done and all the moisture evoparates.
  2. Let it cool .
  3. Now to it ,add spring onions, coriander leaves ,salt ,cumin powder ,haldi powder and mix well .
  4. Check the salt as per your taste
  5. Now fill in the samosa sheets and roll them to form the cones, and paste it with the flour paste prepared.
  6. Heat the oil and deep fry it
