ONION,TOMATO & POSTO BATI CHARCHARI

Ingredients to make ONION,TOMATO & POSTO BATI CHARCHARI

  • Chopped onion - 4
  • Chopped tomato - 2
  • Posto / popy seeds paste - 8 tsp
  • Termaric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies - 5 pc
  • salt as per taste
  • Mustard oil - 4tsp
  • Black cumin - 1/2 tsp

How to make ONION,TOMATO & POSTO BATI CHARCHARI

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil.
  2. Add black cumin seeds and 2 slit green chillies
  3. After crackle add all the ingredients with some water and cover it
  4. Stir it after few minutes and again cover and cook till sabji start leaving the oil, cook aur fry other few minutes.
  5. Now add green chillies the rest of the oil.
  6. Now your receipe is ready
