  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Chilled Salted butter 3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onions 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2cup
  • onion seeds 2tsp

How to make Onion biscuits

  1. Arrange your ingredients
  2. Add baking powder to wheat flour n mix.
  3. Start mixing the butter into flour to give a crumbly texture.
  4. Sprinkle a little milk over it and mix .
  5. Collect all flour into a thick sheet but don't over pat it as doing this will make your biscuits hard.
  6. Cut the sheet into 9 biscuits , sprinkle onion seeds onto them.
  7. Bake these biscuits into a pre heated oven on 230 degree for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with mix onion dip.

My Tip:

Dont spoil the crumbly texture by over patting.
