Ingredients to make Khandvi Salad

  • 1/2 kg ready-made Khandvi cut it with help of knife
  • 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/4 cabbage grated
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp imli chutney
  • 1 tbsp pudina and dhaniya chutney
  • 1/2 katori roasted n grinded peanuts

How to make Khandvi Salad

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients, then add khandvi and in last all chutneys mix well and serve it as chilled as possible...

Don't mix khandvi with spoon use soft hands
