Ingredients to make Onion Rabdi

  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

How to make Onion Rabdi

  1. Firstly chopped the onion in small pieces.
  2. Then boil the milk and on sim stir it continually.
  3. Meanwhile boiled chopped onions for 10 minutes.
  4. When milk is getting reduced add boiled onions.
  5. Then add sugar and vanilla essence.
  6. Cooked for 10 minutes, when milk is gathered, your Rabdi is ready.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits.
