ABOUT Paneer ki kheer RECIPE

A delicious kheer made with cottage cheese and milk, a different and yummy dessert for all the special occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dry fruits [cashew nuts and raisins] - for garnishing
  2. Sugar 5 tbsp
  3. Milk 2 litre
  4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  5. Bread slice - 1
  6. Custard powder - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil and simmer the milk in a sauce pan, until it reduced to half.
  2. Crumble the paneer and keep aside. Add the crumbled paneer into the milk, cook until the paneer is cooked.
  3. Then add the sugar and cook further, until the kheer is creamy, finally add the cardamom powder , give it a mix.
  4. Then crush the bread slice with the custard powder, mix this with the kheer, mix further and garnish with the dry fruits.
