Ingredients to make healthy sandwich made from leftover hummus

  • leftover hummus
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ carrots
  • 2 tsp parsley or coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • butter
  • 4 slices of bread( brown or white)

How to make healthy sandwich made from leftover hummus

  1. grate the carrots & cucumber, finely chop the parsley or coriander, add salt n chili flakes to the hummus. keep aside.
  2. take the slices of bread and spread the butter on top of slice, add the hummus mixed with veggies on top of the slide. use another slice n close the sandwich.
  3. if you want you can grill the sandwich or have it just like that.
My Tip: Please add the salt n chili flakes as per your liking. You made add veggies like finely chopped capsicum or cabbage for that extra crunch. Will really go well with hummus.
