ABOUT Healthy Focaccia bread topped with caramelized onions RECIPE

Italian Focaccia bread is a flat oven bread, and my recipe makes it a healthy Focaccia bread. This bread is something similar to a Pizza but a little thicker. I am always health conscious and try to keep my bread as healthy as possible. My usual me asked me to make healthy Focaccia bread by replacing 50% of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. The Italian version, which is the original version, uses herbs and olives as toppings. I knew that I am short of herbs in my kitchen. In the absence of herbs, I topped my healthy Focaccia bread with caramelized onions and black olives and that actually spiced up the whole bread. Since then this one is one of mine favorite bread.
