Ingredients to make Chatpata Ghoogni chaat

  • Yellow peas 200 gm
  • Boiled & cubed of 1 potato
  • Onion 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
  • Imli juice 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam Masala powder
  • Sugar 1 spn
  • Coriander leaves

How to make Chatpata Ghoogni chaat

  1. 1.Pressure cook of peas & potato with 1 tomato.It should be lil smashy.
  2. Heat oil.Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste in it.Cook it for sometimes.
  3. Add 3 spn onion paste.
  4. Add boiled yellow peas & potato
  5. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder & salt.
  6. Add some hot water, cover it & cook it well.
  7. Finally add 1/2 cup imli juice.
  8. Adjust salt & sugar as per your taste
  9. Serve it with chopped onion, extra imli juice, coriander leaves & sev.
My Tip: Whenever u will serve add extra onion & imli juice
