Ingredients to make Guilt Free Tikki Chaat

  • 4- potatoes
  • 100 gms - peas
  • 250 gms - curd
  • pomegranate seeds
  • tamarind pulp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • mango powder
  • corn flour
  • oil

How to make Guilt Free Tikki Chaat

  1. Boil all the potatoes, peel it off and mash three potatoes. Add salt, mango powder and red chili powder and chopped peas in it
  2. Now make rolls of the mixture and put the roll in cornflour
  3. Now in an air fryer, put the rolls, set the temp to 160 deg and put them for 15 minutes
  4. In the mean time, beat the curd and cut the potatoes and add the water and salt in tamarind pulp
  5. Put out the rolls and press them. In a plate add two tikkies, curd and tamarind sauce, salt and red chilli powder.
