Ingredients to make Sindhi style masala bhindi

  • 250gm bhindi
  • 500gm Onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes
  • All dry spices dhania powder,haldi,red chilly,garam masal
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 potato chopped in cubes

How to make Sindhi style masala bhindi

  1. In oil add jeera add onions chopped saute nicely till raw smell of Onion goes off and Onion color changes slightly.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and salt cook till it's mushy
  3. Now add all spices accordingly and saute on high flame for 2mins
  4. Then add chopped Bhindi , potato and again saute on high flame for 2 mins and low gas and add curd to it .
  5. Cover vessel and cook till potatoes get cooked it will take around 10-12mibs
My Tip: Sindhi garam masala gives nice flavour to veggie
