Dahi kanda is a very quick and easy salad recipie. This is served as salad in maharashtrian food. Simple yet tasty soulfood. I have added mint leaves also to this simple salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yogurt 1 cup
  2. onion 1 medium
  3. Coriander and mint leaves 1/2 cup ( mint is optional)
  4. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt well add sugar, chat masala, salt and coriander and mint leaves
  2. Finely chop onion and add to yogurt
