Ingredients to make stuffed spicy parmal

  • parmal-10
  • onion-500 grams
  • Garlic-4 cloves
  • grated raw mango- 1/2
  • turmeric-1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder-2-3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder-2 tsp
  • Jeera Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

How to make stuffed spicy parmal

  1. take the parmal,lightly peel the skin with the help of knife .wash all the parmal's give a cut in centre and take out all the seeds carefully
  2. shallow fry gently in the Kadhai after putting 2tbsp of oil heated completely. cover your parmal while cooking . so that it will b cooked little fast even in less oil. don't overlook
  3. take the parmal's out of Kadhai. now add 1 -2 tbsp of oil in wok, put the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic
  4. add the parmal seeds too with onion and stat cooking
  5. when it's little cooked add salt as per taste, and rest of the dry masalas
  6. cook until oil starts getting separated and onion is also cooked completely
  7. add grated raw mango, cook for some more time. off the flame
  8. then after the mixture is cool. stuff it in the half cooked parmal. keep aside
  9. now pot the parmal's in the non stick pan and cook on slow flame keeping the parmal's covered.
  10. enjoy this with rice +dal or parantha
