Tamatar pyaaz sabzi

Ingredients to make Tamatar pyaaz sabzi

  • 2 onions large sliced
  • 2 tomatoes large diced
  • 1 tspn mustard oil
  • 1 tspn jeera
  • 1/4 tspn haldi
  • 1/2 tspn lalmirch powder
  • 1tspn dhania powder
  • 1/4 tspn aamchur powder
  • 1/4 tspn garam masala
  • Salt to taste

How to make Tamatar pyaaz sabzi

  1. 1. In a pan put oil, jeera, haldi n mirch powder. Once jeera starts crackling put the onions n tomatoes. Put salt n dhaniya powder. Stir n mix well.
  2. 2. Cover it with lie for 7- 8 mins. Then open the lid n stir. When the onions are translucent switch off the gas n put sanchit powder n garam masala n mix well.
  3. 3. Garnish with fresh green coriander finely chopped n serve it along with roti, paratha or rice
