Ingredients to make Crunchy rice balls

  • Left over rice 1 and half cup
  • Chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated cheese 2 small cubes
  • Ginger garlic paste half spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • Gree peas half cup
  • Corn flour 1 spoon
  • Bread crumbs half cup
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to make Crunchy rice balls

  1. Boil green peas. Separate water and peas
  2. Add 2 spoons of hot water ( with which we boiled green peas) and mash the rice.
  3. Add the chilly powder, salt, grated cheese , coriander powder, ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add green peas. mix well. Make balls out of it.
  5. Mix corn flour and water . Dip the balls in it and roll it in bread crumbs. Shake extra crumbs.
  6. Deep fry . Serve it with the choice of ur sauces.
