Ingredients to make Corn do pyaza

  • Boiled corn 1 cup
  • 2 Onions chopped in big chunks
  • 1 Onion paste
  • 1 tomato paste
  • Heavy cream ½ cup
  • Clarified butter 2 spoon
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ spoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilly powder ¼ spoon
  • Turmeric powder ⅛ spoon
  • Coriander powder ½ spoon
  • Sugar ½ spoon
  • Garam masala ⅛ spoon
  • 1 Clove
  • 1 Cardimon
  • 1 cinnemon stick
  • Tomato sauce 1 spoon

How to make Corn do pyaza

  1. Saute onion chunks in refine till golden brown
  2. Take out onions in a plate
  3. Heat clarified butter
  4. Add clove,cardimon,cinnamon stick
  5. Saute onion paste and ginger garlic paste
  6. Add tomato paste when it is cooked add cream
  7. Saute until it leaves oil
  8. Add all spices
  9. Add corn and sugar
  10. Add tomato sauce and milk
  11. After boiling add fried onion chunks
  12. Serve with naan or roti
