Ingredients to make Pav Bhaji with leftovers.

  • 1 katori aloo gobi
  • 1 katori aloo matar
  • 1/2 katori baingan bhartha
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 spoon butter
  • Salt and red chilli powder
  • Orange food colour

How to make Pav Bhaji with leftovers.

  1. Grind all the leftovers with some water in a grinder.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute.
  4. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
  5. Add blend of leftovers to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add some food colour and mix well.
  7. Add juice of 2 lemons.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and butter.
  9. Serve hot with toasted pav.
My Tip: 1/2 tsp sugar can also increase the taste.
