Ingredients to make Stuffed cheesey onion

  • Small same size Onion 6
  • Carrot 1 cup grated
  • Cheese 1 cup grated
  • Paneer 1 cup grated
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red food colour
  • Oil/ butter shallow fry
  • Chilli flake

How to make Stuffed cheesey onion

  1. Make onion shells : cut a 1/2 inch thick slice from tops of onion, and trim just enough from bottom for onions to stand upright.
  2. Make stuffing : grate Carrot, 1 cube cheese, Paneer then add Chilli flake, black pepper, salt. Then mix them with light hand.
  3. Fill the stuff in the onions.
  4. Take a bowl put 1/4 tsp red food colour n add some water then apply on onions.
  5. Heat tawa put some butter or you can use oil also and bake stuffed onions.
  6. Cover them with cap after 1min flip the onions other side. Again cover them.
  7. Then garnish with Carrot cheese n Coriander leaves.
  8. Ready to serve your guests and enjoy eating with chutney or sauce.
My Tip: Shallow fry, don't deep fry the stuffed onions.
