Ingredients to make Onion cheese bread

  • 1cup maida
  • Three tbsp butter
  • Three four cup lukewarm milk
  • One forth tsp salt
  • 2tbsp Sugar
  • For filling---
  • Large Onion chopped 1
  • Mozrella cheese 1cup
  • Black pepper powder 3tsp
  • 1 tbsp mayo

How to make Onion cheese bread

  1. Take a bowl and add salt sugar active yeast and butter
  2. With the help of milk make a dough
  3. Knead the dough till smooth
  4. Cover bowl with cling and keep at warm place for fermentation
  5. Chop onion and grate cheese
  6. Add pepper and mix
  7. After dough doubles take it out and roll gently
  8. Put stuffing in center and seal the edges and make a log
  9. Again wrap in cling and keep for 1hour
  10. Preheat oven and spread mayo on log
  11. Then spread remaining onion cheese mix over it
  12. Bake it for 30 minutes on 180 degree
  13. Garnish with parsley
