Ingredients to make Shahi Tukde

  • milk 1 litter
  • Bread 1 packet
  • Sugar 2 1/2 cup
  • Evoprated milk 1/2 cup
  • Cadamom seeds crushed 1 tsp
  • Water for sugar syrup 1 1/2 cup
  • Mix nuts sherded 1/2 cup
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Paneer crushed 2 tbs
  • Butter or ghee 3 tbs

How to make Shahi Tukde

  1. Remove bread's side brown part .
  2. Cut triangle shape.
  3. Apply butter or ghee both sides. Shallow fry in a pan. Heat milk in a pot. Add evoprated milk. Add 3 tbs sugar.boil medium flame Keep stirring . Cook until milk going to little thick.( Approximately 20 minutes Add , cardamom & saffron. Add some nuts. Turn off the flame. Cool down milk room temperature after cool in a fridge. Boil 1 1/2 cup water add 2 cup sugar ,and cardamom. Boil 5 minutes after cool room temperature. Take serving platter . Take one piece of bread. ( sallow fry ) First deep in water syrup after arrange in platter. Do same process to all bread pieces. After spread milk mixure on top of the bread . Garnish with nuts chilled and serve.
