Ingredients to make Crispy crunchy onion bhajiyas

  • Onion 2 cut thinly
  • Curry patta a handfull
  • coriander leaves little
  • Green chilli 2chopped
  • Red chilli powder 2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Carrom seeds a tsp
  • Hing a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Gram flour 3-4tbsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make Crispy crunchy onion bhajiyas

  1. Cut onion thinly
  2. Add salt keep it for 10-15 minutes
  3. Roast flannel seeds cumin seeds and powder it when cool.
  4. Take red chilli powder;turmeric powder carrom seeds, asafoetida,chopped green chilli coriander leaves Curry leaves and gram flour in a plate.
  5. Add it to onion and mix evenly.
  6. Make bhajiyas and Fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
  7. Yummy bhajiyas ready to be served.
