Ingredients to make Mixed nuts pulao

  • Basmati rice 1 cup. Washed n drained
  • cloves 2
  • cardamom 2
  • bay leaf 1
  • onion 1 medium sliced
  • Green pea 1/2 cup
  • Mixed nuts (almond ;cashew, walnut) handful
  • 1 tsp each (jeera, sesame seeds, flax seed, mustard)
  • Corriander for garnish
  • salt to taste

How to make Mixed nuts pulao

  1. Parboil the rice and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan.. add cloves, cardamom and bay leaf
  3. Add the nuts and seeds saute well
  4. Add the onions and peas.. mix well
  5. Add salt and the rice mix well.
  6. Cover and cook till done
  7. Serve hot with raita of your choice
