It is a very tasty yummy starter.Here I have used stuffed onion in a way which is not conventional but very tasty.Here you will get taste of kebab as well as yummy cheesy stuffed onion.

Onion shells 6
Bamboo skewers 2

For stuffing
Chicken mince 250 gram
Chopped onion 1 cup
Chopped tomato 3/4 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1/3 cup
Ginger garlic green chilli paste 2 tablespoon
cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
Chat masala 1 tablespoon
garam masala 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs 2 tablespoon
Cheese cube 6
For kebab marination
hung curd 3 tablespoon
Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
garam masala 1 tablespoon
Chat masala 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon
For garnishing
Onion rings
Lemon wedge
Homemade mint coriander leaves green chatni
Instructions
Take all the ingredients which you need to make stuffing.
Except cheese cube, take all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all together very well.Make sure everything get mixed well.
Take small portion of mixture and put the cheese cube on it.
Then make a ball very carefully so that the cheese cube gets inserted properly.Make all the balls like this.
Take onion shells.
Stuff the onions with these balls carefully
Prepare the kebab marination.
Dip all the stuffed onions into the marination.
Then keep it for 30 minutes in fridge.
After 30 minutes, take bacon to tie the stuffed onion.
Tie the bombs with bacon strips.
Now your bombs are ready. Fasten the onion bombs with skewer.
Preheat the oven at 220°C.
Take a baking tray and set a baking paper on it
Place the skewered onion bombs on the baking tray.There is no need to brush oil on kebab because bacon has enough fat.
Put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 220°C in baking mode. After that keep it for another 5 minutes in broiled mode at highest temperature to give the onion bombs a charred look.If you don't want that you can skip it.
After completing take out the tray from the oven carefully.
Serve it hot with some garnishing. Here I have used onion rings, lemon wedge and homemade mint coriander green chatni.
