Onion Egg Curry

Ingredients to make Onion Egg Curry

  • eggs - 2
  • Onion shallots - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
  • turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  • Sambhar powder- 2sp
  • salt-as per required
  • red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • oil-2 tbsp

How to make Onion Egg Curry

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add shallot onion finely cut.
  2. Then add finely chopped onion, after sauteeing few min add Turmeric, salt
  3. After 5 min sauteeing add Sambhar powder .Let it get cooked on a low flame.
  4. Switch off and put the prepared curry in a serving bowl. Place boiled eggs cut into half above it. Serve with hot steaming rice.

My Tip:

For more flavour add mustard seeds and curry leaves before the main ingredients is added.
