Ingredients to make Bhel puri

  • 2 cup mumra(kurmure)
  • 2-3 mashed potatoes
  • 1- medìum tomato(finely chopped)
  • 1-Medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup green chutney
  • 2 tbsp dates chutney
  • 1 tsp garlic chutney
  • Mixed chawana
  • 2-3 papdies
  • Salt
  • Pomegranete seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • Raw mango(optional)

How to make Bhel puri

  1. Take mumra into one bowl,break the papdi into small pieces using your hand.mix everything.
  2. Now add onion,tomato,mashed potato,finey chopped raw mango,pomegranate,and coriander leaves, mixed chwana,also sprinkle salt. (if you don't have raw mango on hand or not in season than ýou can use lemon juice for that tangy taste.)
  3. Now add green chutney,tamarind dates chutney and garlic chutney.quickly mix everything well.
  4. Remove it to a serving plate garnish with more sev and papdì ,serve right away befor it get soggy.
My Tip: Bhelpuri shoulbe served immidiately.
