Ingredients to make MANGO MASTANI

  • 1. Mango -1 1/2 cup chopped
  • 2. Chilled Milk - 1/3 cup
  • 3. Sugar
  • 4. Vanilla Ice cream - 2 large scoops
  • 5. Mangoes cubes -as needed
  • 6. Almonds - 10-12
  • 7. Pistachio - 10-12
  • 8. Cashew nuts - 10-12
  • 9. Glazed Cherry - 4-5

How to make MANGO MASTANI

  1. 1. Chop and dry roast the nuts separately. Keep it aside.
  2. 2. Chop cherries into small pieces. Reserve 2 whole cherries for garnishing.
  3. 3. Peel the skin and chop mangoes roughly. Blend it with 1/3 cup of chilled milk, needed sugar to make a thick puree.
  4. 4.The mango puree should be thick and not runny.
  5. 5. Take a glass and fill up to 3/4 of the glass with thick milkshake.
  6. 6.Now top it with a generous scoop of ice cream.
  7. 7. Then garnish with chopped mango cubes, chopped nuts and cherries.
  8. 8. Decorate it with a cherry and serve immediately.
