it is sweet dish like bars having natural sugar like dates and honey.idea of making healthy recipe inspired me to make it ,because it is guilt free recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ĵ Small cup Crushed corn flakes
  2. ĵ Small cup roasted Oats
  3. ½ Small Chopped- Almonds Walnuts roasted Cashew nuts -
  4. tutti-fruity mango papad chopped
  5. 2 tbsp Raisins 2 tbsp roasted grinded lotus seeds
  6. 1/4 cup packed dates pitted
  7. 4tbsps honey
  8. 2tbsps creamy natural peanut butter almond or butter
  9. To grease Oil
  10. butter papers as required to wrap the bars .

Instructions

  1. Process dates in a food processor until small bits remain (about 1 minute).
  2. It should form a "dough" like consistency.
  3. Warm honey and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a pan and mix well .
  5. Stir honey and peanut butter and pour over oat mixture and then mix, breaking up the dates to disperse throughout.
  6. Grease a plate. Pour and spread the mixture in greased plate and keep it in a cool place for 7-8 minutes.
  7. Cut the mixture in bars when it’s set.Wrap each bar in butter paper. Granola Bar is ready to serve.
