Ingredients to make Grilled Vege Pockets

  • Sweet potato 1 big
  • Potatoes 3
  • Corn 1 big
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 2 tsp
  • Dhanya jeera powder 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • mixed herbs 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder or paste 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Aluminum foil paper

How to make Grilled Vege Pockets

  1. Sock the vegetables in water clean it.
  2. Cut in thick slices.
  3. Collect all other ingredients.
  4. Marinate all vegetables with above spices salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chat masala, Dhanya jeera powder, garlic powder or paste, oil and lemon juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Take 2 sheets of aluminum foil put marinated vegetables make different pocket for each single servings.
  6. Put all pockets on baking tray
  7. Grill all pockets in preheat oven at 200* c for 20 minutes on upper rack.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy Grilled rilled Vege Pockets.

My Tip:

Use bringle, purple Kand, yam and paneer and green chutney or garlic chutney for marinate different flavors.
