Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For koftas:-
  2. 4 spring onions finely chopped
  3. 1 spoon curd
  4. Chickpea floor 3 spoons
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Cumin seeds
  7. Red chiily powder ¼ spoon
  8. Coriander powder ¼ spoon
  9. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  10. Garam masala ½ spoon
  11. Oil to fry
  12. For gravy:-
  13. 2 spring onions finely chopped
  14. 1 tomato finely chopped
  15. Ginger garlic paste ½ spoon
  16. Chickpea floor 1 spoon
  17. Garam masala ½ spoon
  18. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  19. Turmeric powder ½ spoon
  20. Curd ½ bowl
  21. Red chilly powder ¼ spoon
  22. Salt according to taste
  23. Cream ¼ cup
  24. Tomato sauce 2 big spoon
  25. Oil 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients of kofta excluding oil
  2. Mix well without adding water
  3. Make 10 round balls
  4. Deep fry in oil
  5. Keep aside
  6. For gravy heat 2 spoon oil
  7. Saute spring onions
  8. Add tomato
  9. After 2 minutes add cream
  10. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients in curd excluding sauce
  11. When cream start to leave oil add curd gravy
  12. Let it boil
  13. Stir continuously
  14. After 4-5 boils add tomato sauce
  15. Take it out in a bowl
  16. Add koftas in hot gravy
  17. Serve with naan,rice or roti
