Ingredients to make Spring onion kofta

  • For koftas:-
  • 4 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 spoon curd
  • Chickpea floor 3 spoons
  • Salt according to taste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Red chiily powder ¼ spoon
  • Coriander powder ¼ spoon
  • Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  • Garam masala ½ spoon
  • oil to fry
  • Gor gravy:-
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ spoon
  • Chickpea floor 1 spoon
  • Garam masala ½ spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder ½ spoon
  • Curd ½ bowl
  • Red chilly powder ¼ spoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Tomato sauce 2 big spoon
  • Oil 2 spoon

How to make Spring onion kofta

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients of kofta excluding oil
  2. Mix well without adding water
  3. Make 10 round balls
  4. Deep fry in oil
  5. Keep aside
  6. For gravy heat 2 spoon oil
  7. Saute spring onions
  8. Add tomato
  9. After 2 minutes add cream
  10. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients in curd excluding sauce
  11. When cream start to leave oil add curd gravy
  12. Let it boil
  13. Stir continuously
  14. After 4-5 boils add tomato sauce
  15. Take it out in a bowl
  16. Add koftas in hot gravy
  17. Serve with naan,rice or roti
My Tip: Add koftas in hot gravy just before serving
