Ingredients to make Batata vada

  • For Potato Ball
  • 6 potato boil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp chilly ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kanda lahsun masala
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • For BATAR
  • 2 cup gram flore
  • Salt
  • 1 tspRed Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Water ass per need
  • Oil for fry

How to make Batata vada

  1. Take potato
  2. Mesh it
  3. Take oil in pan add hing
  4. Add Chilly Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute
  5. Add Kanda Lahsun Masala And Saute It
  6. Add salt and Garam Masala In Meshed Potatoes
  7. Add Onions MAsala MIx In Potato mixture and mix then make ball
  8. Add Chilly Powder , salt,baking soda,Turmeric and water and make thick consistency batar
  9. Put potato ball in batar
  10. With The Help of spoon slowly put it in hot oil and fry it.
  11. Fry it till it became golden brown
  12. Ready To serve. With Kadhi aur Chutney.
