Ingredients to make Mawa kachori

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp ( for dough)
  • Chop nuts(kaju,badam),elaichi powder,mawa 1/4 cup, powder sugar 1/4 cup
  • Sugar syrup- sugar 1 cup,water 1/2 cup .make it to 1 string consistency

How to make Mawa kachori

  1. Make a dough with the help of lukewarm water keep it aside
  2. Prepare stuffing by adding​ all ingredients under stuffing
  3. Pinch balls out of dough and roll out with a rolling pin
  4. Stuff mixture in it and bring all the sides together and pinch the seam
  5. Make all the kachoris like this
  6. Now take a wok add ghee and fry in low flame like we fry gujiyas
  7. When all the kachoris are fried put them in sugar sugar​ syrup for sometime
  8. Now take out kachoris in a serving plate and garnish with rose petals
