Ingredients to make Pyaz arbi crispy

  • 250 gms boiled and peeled arbi.
  • 1 cup sliced onions.
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for frying.

How to make Pyaz arbi crispy

  1. Grease your hands with oil before you handle the arbi.
  2. Cut the arbi length wise as shown.
  3. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Deep fry the arbi on medium flame till they turn golden brown.
  4. Drain them on a absorbent paper. And keep aside.
  5. Now deep take the onions
  6. Deep fry them and drain on the absorbent paper.
  7. Mix the arbi and onions.
  8. In a separate pan add little oil and heat it.
  9. Add the deep fried arbi and onions along with the spices ,salt and lemon juice.
  10. Simply serve it.
