Crispy Onion Cutlet

Ingredients to make Crispy Onion Cutlet

  • Onions red 2
  • Garlic paste 1 clove / 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Amul cheese slice 1
  • Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated bottle gourd 3-4 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Stale/ dried burger Bun 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 1 teaspoon
  • Oil to pan fry
  • FOR THE DIP:
  • Hung curd 1/4th cup
  • Kasundi/ Mustard sauce 2 tablespoon
  • red chili sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon

How to make Crispy Onion Cutlet

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer attachment and pulse till everything mixed well.
  2. Make cutlets with your hands of any desired shape and refrigerate for 15 minutes covered with a cling.
  3. After 15 minutes,heat oil in the pan and fry till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with the mustard chili dip
  5. FOR THE DIP: Mix the hung curd,mayonnaise,red chili sauce and mustard sauce together and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate till served.
