ABOUT Peyaj Posto(Onions done in Poppy seed Paste) RECIPE

Peyaj Posto or Onions done in poppy seed paste happens to be one delectable Bengali fare. The sweet taste released from the onions marries well with that of the paste derived out of poppy seeds and green chillies. There is no other spice other than regular common salt. You can relish “peyaj posto” with some steaming hot rice and urad dal (black gram lentils).
