Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka

  • 200 gms - paneer cubed
  • 2 - tomatoes sliced
  • 2 - onion chopped
  • 2 - capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp - chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - lal mirch
  • 1 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • tikka sticks as needed

How to make Paneer Tikka

  1. Start by marinating only the paneer in the yogurt for 15 mins with a little salt, red chilli powder, pepper and 1/2 tsp of the ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add the remaining ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder,pepper powder and salt with the marinated paneer. Cook the paneer along with the capsicum for 5 mins. In the same pan, saute the onions and tomatoes for 5 mins.
  3. Arrange them in the tikka sticks as desired, sprinkle tandoor masal, chat masala on top and serve.

@Anamika You need to add the yogurt while marinating the paneer in spices.
