Ingredients to make Coconut crackers

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • coconut flakes (readymade) 1/2cup
  • Melted butter 1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • Pinch of salt
  • Milk 2-3 tbsp

How to make Coconut crackers

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Add to this coconut flakes, Sugar, vanilla essence, butter, salt.
  3. Now combine all this lightly and make a soft dough using milk.
  4. Grease a baking tray or line it up with butter paper.
  5. Preheat the OTG at arnd 180 degree for 10 mins.
  6. Now make small flat cookies and sprinkle some coconut flakes on them. Press it lightly so that they don't fall off.
  7. Place them on greased tray and bake for 20 mins at 150 degree.
  8. Let it cool completely. Serve.

My Tip:

Ghee can be used instead of butter to make it healthier option
